happy with the item, delivery was fast. The only reason for the neutral response had a small issue when i bought this i checked my post code for free delivery which it said it was free then the seller sent a message asking for more money for delivery to be paid into a paypal account, i did not pay this as it didnt seem right and this is against ebay policy. I then replied to the seller in which they were very good and sent the item at no extra cost.

Box was minimally damaged from transportation but seemed to be retaped. Seat wrapped and packaged in box as brand new. Easy to assemble and very comfortable.
